Exchange & Return policy

Size Exchange

Now shop hassle-free. We facilitate size exchanges on T-Shirts, Shirts, Hoodies, and Pants (MRP below ₹13,000) should you have any size-related concerns. Please note that a minimal ₹500 courier charge will apply towards the reverse pickup and second shipment.

We recommend referring to our size charts (ready product measurements) before placing your order, as many HUEMN garments are intentionally oversized and androgynous. For personalized sizing guidance, our team is available at shop@huemn.in.

To initiate a size exchange, contact shop@huemn.in with your order details and relevant images. If your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup. Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check. Following a successful QC, your exchange product will be dispatched, subject to availability or applicable crafting timelines.

Our 7-day Size Exchange Policy allows you to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Please note that size exchanges are not available on handcrafted products or items priced above ₹13,000.

Refund Policy

General Policy

We only accept returns on HUEMN garments in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from our end.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact shop@huemn.in within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order details and relevant images.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with original tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that if you receive a damaged product from our end, we will offer either a product exchange or a credit note, in accordance with our policy. We do not offer refunds.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed by you, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the tracking details will be shared with you so you are updated on the delivery status.

Products have different delivery time (stated on product page) We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to deliver asap.
If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit. 

Shipping Pan India is free for you and on us. 

There is a flat shipping fee attached to all international deliveries that can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.
